Due to scheduling and conventions, orders may take up to 2 weeks before it is shipped. ​Once the order has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail and provided with a tracking number.

If an item goes out of stock while I am at a convention, a refund for the item may be issued or you may wait until the item is restocked. When the item is back in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible upon arrival.

There may be cases where a product will not be reproduced, in this case an automatic refund will be processed.​

For Canada and the USA, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after you receive a confirmation email with the shipping information. For international orders, varying on the shipping option chosen, it may take ~15 days but please allow up to 4-8 weeks.​

Taking proper care of your printed clothing ensures that it stays vibrant, comfortable and in great condition for a long time. 

1. Washing:
   - Turn the garment inside out before washing.
   - Use cold or lukewarm water to prevent colors from fading.
   - Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
   - Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that may damage the print.

2. Drying:
   - Hang your DTF printed clothing to air dry when possible.
   - If you use a dryer, choose a low heat setting.
   - Avoid over-drying, as excessive heat can affect the print's quality.

3. Ironing:
   - Iron the garment inside out to protect the print.
   - Use a low heat setting, or place a cloth or paper towel between the iron and the fabric.

4. Storage:
   - Store your clothing in a cool, dry place.
   - Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity, as they can affect the print and fabric.

Pre-orders work by allowing you to reserve an item before it's officially released. Secure your products in advance, and we'll ship them to you as soon as they become available.
